Bio
A little about myself is that I am originally from New York and earned my B.A. degree with distinction from the College of Arts and Sciences at Cornell University.
At Mannes School of Music, I studied ear training, dictation, and composition and my musical studies continued at Hunter College, as a second degree music major at the latter college. My personal piano teachers include celebrated concert pianist and Chandos recording artist, Xiayin Wang, jazz artist, Glafkos Kontemeniotis, and virtuoso recording artist, Josh Wright, and my own musical career spans over two decades.
I am also an active musician and certified piano teacher accredited by Music Teachers National Association (MTNA) with approximately fifteen years of experience as a music teacher, including preK-8 classroom music teaching experience, public school music teaching experience, and over 12 years of private piano teaching experience.
